On the eve of frost, there are many green tomatoes. But these tomatoes can be turned into a delicious snack.

- Green tomatoes – 1 kg (or physalis),
- salt – 1 tbsp.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- vinegar 9% – 70 ml
- garlic – 5-7 cloves
- bitter pepper – 1-2 pieces
- parsley and celery

Wash vegetables and greens: cut tomatoes into 4 pieces, finely chop greens, pass garlic through a garlic press, finely chop bitter pepper.
Mix everything with salt, sugar, vinegar and spices. Do not add water! Cover with a lid. Let the day stand in the heat.
When the tomatoes settle and give the juice, arrange them in jars. Then in the refrigerator. In a week you can eat.
If you prepare such tomatoes for the winter, add a little more vinegar. Arrange the tomatoes in jars so that they are completely in the juice. Sterilize liter jars 20-30 minutes after boiling water. Roll up in glass jars.
