Blueberry and blackcurrant raspberry jam: ingredients
- 500 g of black currants
- 500 g of raspberries
- 500 g of blueberries
- 1,500 – 3 kg of sugar
Blueberry and blackcurrant raspberry jam: cooking
Wash black currants and blueberries, remove all stalks.
Grate raspberries, blueberries, black currants and mix. Add sugar.
Put on the fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Repeat the procedure 1 more time.
Pour the finished jam into small hot sterilized jars and cover with lids. In the process of cooling the jam thickens.
Advice! To preserve all the vitamins in the berries, add another 1,500 kg of sugar, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, (do not cook) freeze the jam, or store this jam in the refrigerator in sterilized jars.
